We are Reclamation Nation Brands™ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), operating under the leadership of Jennifer Wallace, based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States.
We operate the website https://coachjenniferw.com (the “Site”), as well as any related subdomains including score.coachjenniferw.com, workshop.coachjenniferw.com, and any other related products, services, digital tools, and community platforms that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).
Reclamation Nation Brands™ provides coaching services, digital products, live workshops, group programs, community access, and AI-powered coaching support tools designed to help women identify and interrupt patterns of people-pleasing, self-silencing, and self-abandonment. Our services include but are not limited to: The Return to Her Score™, The Return to Her Workshop™, The Return to Her Experience™, The Unhooking Tool™, and The Unhooking Room™ community.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Reclamation Nation Brands™, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.
IMPORTANT: The Services provided by Reclamation Nation Brands™ are coaching services. Jennifer Wallace is a certified coach through Insight Coaching (an ICF accredited program), is CPD certified, and is trauma-informed. However, she is NOT a licensed therapist, licensed counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional.
Our Services, including all coaching sessions, workshops, programs, digital products, community interactions, and AI-powered tools:
• Are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment
• Do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition, medical condition, or disease
• Are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Do not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or any licensed professional relationship
• Should not replace consultation with a licensed mental health professional
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, domestic violence, suicidal thoughts, or any emergency, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or the National Domestic Violence Hotline (1-800-799-7233). Our Services are not equipped to handle crisis situations.
Certain Services, including The Unhooking Tool™, utilize artificial intelligence (AI) technology to provide coaching support. By using these AI-powered tools, you acknowledge and agree that:
• AI-generated responses are based on programmed coaching frameworks and are not personalized professional advice
• AI tools are coaching support tools only and do not replace human coaching, therapy, or professional counseling
• AI responses may not always be perfectly accurate or appropriate for your specific situation
• You should exercise your own judgment and seek professional help when needed
• We are not liable for any actions you take based on AI-generated suggestions or scripts
• The AI tool will never advise you to stay in or leave any relationship; all relationship decisions are yours alone
Reclamation Nation Brands™ offers the following Services:
• The Return to Her Score™ ($17): A digital self-assessment tool delivered as a downloadable PDF upon purchase.
• The Return to Her Workshop™ ($47 General / $197 VIP): A live 90-minute virtual workshop conducted via Zoom. General admission includes the live workshop and takeaway materials. VIP includes additional bonuses and private Q&A access.
• The Return to Her Experience™ ($997): A 4-week live group coaching intensive including weekly group calls, private coaching sessions, digital tools, and community access.
• The Unhooking Tool™: An AI-powered coaching support tool provided as part of program enrollment. Post-program subscription access available.
• The Unhooking Room™: An online community hosted on the Skool platform.
• Free Resources: Including The Conversation You’ve Been Avoiding guide and other lead magnets.
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all content, source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”).

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content or Marks for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission. Any unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of these Legal Terms.
We accept payment through Stripe, which supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash App Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, and other payment methods. All payments are processed in US dollars.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the Services. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the amounts upon placing your order.
Digital Products (The Return to Her Score™): Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the PDF has been delivered or made available for download.
Live Workshops (The Return to Her Workshop™): No refunds will be issued after the workshop has been attended. If you are unable to attend, please contact us at least 48 hours before the workshop date to request a transfer to the next available cohort.
Coaching Programs (The Return to Her Experience™): Due to the live nature and limited seats available, all sales are final once enrollment is confirmed. If extenuating circumstances arise, please contact us to discuss options.
Subscriptions (The Unhooking Tool™): You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Certain Services may be offered on a subscription basis. Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
By registering for and attending our live workshops or events, you agree to the following:
• Workshops are live experiences conducted via Zoom. You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet access and technology to participate.
• Workshop content is proprietary. You may not record, screenshot, distribute, or reproduce any portion of the workshop without express written permission.
• VIP replay access is limited to 48 hours from the time the replay link is provided and is for the purchaser’s personal use only.
• Seats are limited. Registration does not guarantee enrollment in future cohorts.
• Workshop dates and times are subject to change with reasonable notice provided to registered participants.
By joining The Unhooking Room™ community on Skool, you agree to:
• Treat all members with respect and kindness
• Maintain confidentiality of all shared stories, experiences, and personal information within the community
• Not share, screenshot, or distribute any content from the community without express permission
• Not use the community for solicitation, spam, or promotion of other products or services
• Not provide therapeutic, medical, or professional advice to other members
• Not post content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, or harmful
We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these guidelines without refund.
Individual results vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from using our Services. Any testimonials, case studies, or examples shared through our Services represent individual experiences and should not be taken as a guarantee of similar results. Your results depend on many factors including your individual capacity, life experience, commitment to the work, and unique situation.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (3) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside and are at least 18 years old; (4) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means; (5) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (6) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any of our proprietary content, frameworks, scripts, tools, or methodologies
• Record, screenshot, or distribute any live workshop, coaching session, or community content
• Share your login credentials or provide access to subscription-based tools to unauthorized persons
• Use any information obtained from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract any source code from our AI-powered tools
• Present yourself as a representative, coach, or affiliate of Reclamation Nation Brands™ without authorization
• Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations
